I can't keep this pace up throughout the whole month. I've just been eating bad lately, so trying to make up for it with a little more strenuous exercise than normal.0 -

I knew I couldn't keep up the strenuous pace. I nearly collapsed today and REALLY had to push through that treadmill. My whole body is so physically exhausted from the strain.

I think it goes without saying that I need to set my goal a little higher for next week. I'm debating the amount, but if I push tomorrow like I have most of the week, I think I might push for 7,000. No way I'll make that this week, so it'd be an improvement.
I don't see anybody updating though. Kinda wish I could see other people who are taking the challenge seriously.0 -

3rd Aug 1145 cals (60 mins treadmill, 15 mins HIIT elliptical, JM 30 day shred)
4th Aug 70 cals (20 mins yoga) Not a good day today, though I've done lots of walking which i'm not counting for this challenge so i'm not too concerned
5th Aug 910 cals (45 mins treadmill, 15mins elliptical, 20 mins yoga)
6th Aug 140 cals (40 mins yoga) another walking day which i'm not counting for this challenge
7th Aug 540 cals (30 mins elliptical, 20mins treadmill)

Left: -90 - just scraped in at the 3500 mark. My aim for the next week is to try and make 4500 so to average an extra 150 a day, shouldn't be too difficult right0 -
