Any favorite C25K (or other running-related) sites (including blogs) that the rest of the group may find beneficial?

i heartily recommend fetcheveryone, its a spin off from the runners world magazine forums, predominantly for uk users but it does have international ones too, its full of information, in the form of forums, blogs and articals, its a very social website and i've found it really useful over the years. it has some great training tools on there too you can plan your route on maps and import it into your training diary, for more experienced runners who have all the gadgets you can import data from your garmins too. it also has running based games to encourage people to get out for more runs or explore new areas. you can also record other fitness activies too.0

Another one for Fetcheveyone.com and Lord Fetch would have your guts for garters if he heard you calling it a spin off from runners world lol0

I really like running the C25K plan with a podcast that has music that coincides with the runs. NHS healthcare has published some that even have tips and tricks embedded in them. You can get it in iTunes.1

This is a website more for those who are looking to increase speed. I found it when snooping around the marathon group and thought it would be helpful:
http://www.mcmillanrunning.com/
You enter your current race time, along with your goal time and it breaks down what pace your runs should be. It paces your long runs, tempos, hill and sprints. Basically "Running Faster for Dummies". Hahaha!0 -
Love it!0

there's a new site, called PhantomRunner (https://www.phantomrunner.com/) that has free weekly virtual races (monthly paid races too). It links with RunKeeper, so you can participate with your smartphone. It's a fun way to stay motivated week in and week out, it's a good way to ease into running if you're just getting started, and it's all free.
In full disclosure, I made the site, but I made it because I'm a runner and wanted to use something like this. I just released it a few days ago and will be making plenty of improvements and modifications in the near future. I hope some of you find it useful and fun!0 -
