    Reading comprehension = I lack it. :( I guess this month will be my standard goal of 10 lbs. My big milestone goal is next week though. I hope anyway :)

    Hello from Argentina! Here we are in a very cold winter, so it will be a winter challenge for me :) Very excited of this challenge, feeling pretty lonely on this journey...If I will not lose weight by my own, I am headed for a Gastric Bypass...sad.
    I have a lot of health problems. like INSULIN RESISTANCE, HASHIMOTO DISEASE (HYPOTHYROIDISM), very bad Arthrosis in my back, etc. It's very hard for me to lose weight but slowly I am doing it...so, I don't think I will lose 10 pounds in a month, but I will do my best!!!

    I am 57 years old, 5'.2''

    Weigh In Chart:

    MFP Start Weight: 264 LB = 120 kilos
    CW: 227.9 LB= 103.6 KILOS
    1* GW: 219.8= 99.9 KILOS!, 2* GW: 209 LB= 95 KILOS, 3* GW: 199.8 LB ONEDERLAND!!!= 90.8 KILOS
    LTGW: 165 LB= 75 kilos...and then see!

    Hey all! New to the group, but better late than never!

    CW: 240
    GW: 140-ish

    (I know that my weight and my counter don't add up, but that's because I lost weight before joining MFP and DAMNIT! it still counts!)

    Hello, I am new and still learning! Got to drop 200 pounds of unhealthy fat and I know I can do it this time. I have been losing and gaining the same 60 pounds for 10 years now.

    I'm finally seeing some progress but I have a long way to go before hitting my long tern goal weight... I feel great but still have a long way before I feel comfortable in my skin... Thanks for the love and support!
