Day 2: 793 calories burned (16mins (3.47KM - burnt 93 calories) into my cycling, realised that I had a puncture so I pushed my bike home, walking 3.90KM - burnt an additional 207 calories. Evening 1:43 hr walk covering a distance of 9.67KM - burnt 493 calories). It has not been a good week so far with regards to my bikes! My 16 year old son got on my bike and managed to twist and mangle the front wheel - don't ask me how! He swore that he did not crash into anything! I used his bike today and got a puncture on the tow path 16 minutes into what would have been a 1:40hr bike ride! So, two bikes to fix tomorrow. I cannot go into next week without a functioning bike!!!!
