Day 1 : 740 calories burned (74 mins of jogging intervals)
Day 2: 375 calories burned (180+ minutes of cleaning house--scrubbed the floors, etc)
Day 3: 550 calories burned (43 minutes -- completed my first 5k-- avg. pace 13:42 per mile-- big improvement from my normal 15 minute plus mile)
Day 4: 0 calories burned -- had to have a rest day.. my calves and heels having been seriously hurting
Day 5: 0 calories burned -- had to have another rest day for my poor heels.. they're feeling better today though.. and I got new running shoes last night!!
