I am so happy to meet the goal this week. But without doing cardio everyday I cannot achieve 3500 a week goal. Is it ok to do cardio on a daily basis? Any sugesstions (I will definitely peek in to see what others are doing to attain the goal)0 -
oh, I feel annoyed that I was missing all these daily threads...
I haven't exercised today yet, but I at least wanted to post my last six days.
I had set my goal for 6500, but it's clear that isn't going to happen. I had a rough start, where I had so little energy in the first two days. I could barely even make myself do what little I did... I was -that- physically fatigued.
I'll post again later tonight with today's results.
