Day 1: 0 (intended rest day)
Day 2: 626 (walking, running)
Day 3: 0 (cleaning the flat- no time for exercise :-( )
Day 4: 0 (unexpected rest day- family event)

Better than I thought I would do for the week- given that I had to clean all of Saturday and there were 2 family events in the evenings that stopped me being able to exercise0 -
Day 1 : 740 calories burned (74 mins of jogging intervals)
Day 2: 375 calories burned (180+ minutes of cleaning house--scrubbed the floors, etc)
Day 3: 550 calories burned (43 minutes -- completed my first 5k-- avg. pace 13:42 per mile-- big improvement from my normal 15 minute plus mile)
Day 4: 0 calories burned -- had to have a rest day.. my calves and heels having been seriously hurting
Day 5: 0 calories burned -- had to have another rest day for my poor heels.. they're feeling better today though.. and I got new running shoes last night!!
Day 6: 370 calories burned -- Jogging intervals on the treadmill
Day 7: 250 calories burned -- Power Strength training workout dvd

Day 1 : 458 calories burned (65 minutes - 15 minutes elliptical/stair climber, 45 minutes strength training)
Day 2: 496 calories burned (35 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes swimming)
Day 3: 855 calories burned (110 minutes - two roller derby bouts - outside in the crazy heat!)
Day 4: 0 calories burned (REST DAY and I seriously needed it after the bouts!)

Didn't lose any weight this week, but I'm hoping it is just water retention (pretty sure for various womenly reasons LOL!) Plus I'm a little sore considering all of the mad exercising I've been doing
