BTL, Your choice, but 5 lbs per week is very aggressive weight loss at your weight. Be careful out there.
Per your question, you are correct, you can't make changes to this post. You will come back, highlight the test you entered and copy it into a new message, making changes then saving anew. If that doesn't make sense, feel free to email me and I'll try to make it a bit more lucid.

Good, ridiculously early morning everyone. Here is this week's meager number change. I've been expecting one of these weeks for a while now. Glad it hit early in the month. lol

So I stayed exactly the same! I hope on my scale a few times a week and there was a small variance over the week, but this is it for the most part! I must say though given how very little activity I have had and that the plague did not effect my appetite I must have been doing something right because I did not gain anything either!0 -
Dward: meager..... Did you scale go down and your ticker go up? Be proud your body is bound to resist sometimes, especially when you have done so much!!! It may be time to switch something up and surprise your body!0

Dan - 1.1 lbs. lost is nothing to sneeze at...but I understand the feeling. I lost 1.2 last week and was disappointed. I think your effort has been tremendous and I look forward to celebrating your amazing accomplishments at the end of September!

Guys, I'm not complaining about the 1.1lb loss, really. If you look at my calorie deficits and exercise levels, LOGICALLY it should be more. But if you equate WL with logic then there is a problem. LOL
I have been expecting this, as I said. Every time I have lost weight before, I will hit a week or two where my weight just bounces. Considering that after holding at my 100.1 lb loss for two days, only to find I had jumped UP two lbs the next day and UP another 1/2 lb the day after that... To finish with a 1.1 loss MORE than makes me happy. It is only meager in relation to the pretty consistent losses to this point.
I ain't disappointed and I ain't quitting!
