    I just started Just Walk Walk it Off in 30 Days. I'm not sure how many miles it is, but it felt like 2.5. I'm going to do that video for the next 30 days, but in the past I've used Walk Jog, Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection, Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan, and 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. I just love Leslie!

    It's great to see other people walking for fitness! It will be wonderful to learn from all of you!

    Welcome to the walk challenge Randi.

    I love :heart: the DVDs that you named in your post. they are awesome indeed!

    I just did the Walk it Off in30 Days for the first time this afternoon. I'm guesstimating it to be a 2 mile walk just because of the 30 minutes time even though it is a great burn and quite intense (at least for me doing it the first time :noway: ). I'm am using collagevideo dot com's breakdown of the minutes in the workout to come to my conclusion.
    Anyone else have a take on it?

    I'm not sure what a good goal for September should be. I mix the Leslie Sansone workouts with other workouts. I am going to go for 30 miles and see how that works out!

    I need to look at my workout log at home to figure out my miles for the beginning of the month until now.
