    LOL...my repair day was actually a really good workout of doing a household repair. My closet shelving was all ripped down courtesy of way to much weight on it and my 3 year daughter playing and tugging on stuff in it. So I had to repair the whole closet and then go through all the clothes and choose items to donate so there wouldn't be so much weight on the shelving. LOL

    I am trying to get back to consistent workouts with Leslie. It worked in the past and she does talk a lot but she has a great gift in inspiring, coaching and motivating! I am writing down my workout plan for the week like I used to, so hopefully that will help. And the walk challenge always kept me going- you all are awesome! Thank you!


    9/4- 2M Just Walk Belly Blasting Walk
    9/9- 2M Power Walk with Friends + 3 lb weights
    9/16- 3M walk off 10 lbs in 2 weeks ( ha! I wish! )

    You may have noticed that all my miles logged so far are outside...well must say that while the weather is still decent here in the Pocono Mountains of PA that I would rather get my walk on the hiking trail by my house then stay inside :smile: You will see more Leslie miles next month if this challenge is re-ran again in October.     Hello new to the group and jumping in! A late start is better than no start. Since I have been kind of a slug on a rug lately I am going to start low and be happy if I surpass my goal. I will aim for 10 miles to finish up the month.
