I meant to go back and fill in my workouts for the entire month, but that hasn't happened, so I will just set a goal for this last week of September. My goal is 10 miles before the end of the month.0

I have been having my own little "challenge" that my grandson issued for the month, so if it's OK with y'all, I'm going to post what I've done so far, and join y'all for the rest of the month. I'd love to start with the group on the October challenge, if there is one!
So far this month:
1st - 4 miles - Leslie Sansone Walk Slim Fast & Firm! 4 Really Big Miles
2nd - 2.09 mile hike outside = 6.09/55 miles
3rd - 1st day of Couch to 5K - W1D1 - 1.91 mi walg (a little jogging/mostly walking) = 8.00/55 miles
4th - No walking. Did two water aerobics classes.
5th - W1D2 - 2.15 mi walg =10.15/55 miles
6th - 3 miles - Leslie Sansone Walk Away Your Waistline 3 Mile Walk - 3 mi =13.15/55 miles
7th - W1D3 - 1.77 mi walg = 14.92/55 miles
8th - Leslie Sansone 1 mile = 15.92/55 miles
9th - W2D1 Walg - 1.92 miles = 17.84/55 miles
10th - Leslie Sansone Walk Slim Fast & Firm! 4 Really Big Miles = 21.84/55 miles
11th - Two water aerobics classes
12th - W2D2 walg - 2 miles = 23.84/55 miles
13th - Leslie Sansone 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk = 26.84/55 miles

16th - W3D1 walg - 1.91 miles = 32.72/55 miles. Walked home from car repair shop - ..28 mile = 33.00/55 miles
Walked BACK to car repair shop...same route...GPS must be having a seizure - .50mi = 33.50/55 miles
17th - Fell asleep without getting my workout in
18th - W3D2 walg - 1.72 miles = 35.22/55. AGAIN...walked from car repair shop...same route...GPS STILL having behavioral issues - .22 mi = 35.44/55 (so far, walked this same route 3 times; GPS measured it as .28, .50 and .22 miles)
19th - Walked to auto repair shop - .26 mi = 35.70/55 Fell asleep again before working out more
20th - W3D3 walg - 2.15 mi = 37.85/55. Mowed lawn for 50 minutes...wish I had tracked that!

You are so right! There is a difference to me also when I use the DVDs or walk outdoors. I'm looking forward to the weather turning cooler so I can include outdoors more often again. Today it was hot, but I needed to walk.0 -
