Where I live, we peel the pineapples and put the skin in a pitcher with water for a couple of days... THE BEST!!!0 -

Logically I know there is no way I gained 2.9 pounds this week, especially when 2 days ago my scale showed a modest 2 lb loss. I know this is water weight. Between my hormones/TOM being out of whack for the last 4 months and the death of one the best guys I've ever known this week, surely this is just my stupid body overreacting.0 -

Our bodies react in different ways to stress! Your scale reflects only a number not what's going on in your life.
