Conditioning

Do you do any conditioning work? If so, what are you up to?

My group and I are adding in prowler walks and rower sprints but just kinda curious what others are doing.

    Prowler sprints, hill sprints, tire drags. Now that it's fall and dark early I've been doing 30-45 minutes on the Arc trainer.

    Sprints, Tyre Drag\Flip, Sledgehammer\Med Ball Slams... BB Complexes

    And Strongman training!! (It's pretty much just lift stupidly heavy stuff, then try and walk with it.)

    Marshall White on youtube has some good strong man conditioning by super setting various lifts like high bar squats, sumo deadlift and then a muscle clean for reps of 3-4 each. Leaves you pretty burned.
  • I do HIIT conditioning 2 x per week, consisting of 7 rounds (0:20 on / 1:40 rest) usually on the prowler (+60kg) or spin bike with resistance.
