My Go To Breakfast Smoothie

Very basic recipe. I usually have this for breakfast 3-4 times a week before I leave for work and it keeps me full til lunch time (about 6 hrs), they are usually about 400-450 calories.

1 scoop of Protein Powder
1 cup Sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup Low or Non-fat Vanilla yogurt
1 serving frozen fruit of choice
100 grams banana
