    Not a new face, but haven't been around for months :sad:

    I am shooting for 40 miles - 2 miles a day, at least five days a week. Tonight, I used the Sansone Walk Strong video.

    Hello, I'm new to the group and would like to join the challenge for October :smile:

    Most of my miles are done on the treadmill but it died on me 3 weeks ago and I've been using the various Leslie Sansone videos on youtube since then. The new one is coming on Monday but, having lost an inch from my hips and half an inch from my waist in the interim, I am going to keep going with the video workouts as well.

    I'm aiming for 50 miles a week so will commit to 200 for the month.

    1-Oct : 3.1 miles - slow start as I'm riddled with cold germs and couldn't summon the energy to exercise :sick:

    I'm lowering my walking goals for October because I'm also playing tennis pretty regularly and doing other things. Goal for October 30 miles.

    Hi everyone, I have been away from the Leslie Boards for a while, but now, with the weather changing, and the days getting shorter, the DVDs are perfect. I still plan to continue my outside walking as well, and my goal for the month is 50 miles.

    Thanks smalltowntwo! It's definitely more fun to do this with a group! I did the 3 mile abs walk today.

    Yesterday: 1 mile (NuStep)

    Today: 1 mile (NuStep); 30 minutes(2 miles???) Zumba Gold in wheelchair

    Total: 4 miles, I hope???

    Good morning all! I'm trying to get back into the grove of things and am really struggling with accountability. Decided to try to get back to my LS walking at home and what better way than to get myself back active with a group and a new challenge. I think 60 miles for the month will be atainable.... now to just push myself a little when I get home in the evenings, rather than just vegging, which I do very well after a really long and stressful day at work. Thanks for being here!

    October Goal = 60 miles (combined; whether with LS, the treadmill, or elliptical)

    Hi imalikat2,

    Would it be easier to maybe break the miles up into weekly goals instead of a monthly goal? I did that over the holidays last year and I found it really helped.

    Oct 3 - 2 miles heart healthy walk plus 10 min of Essentrics stretching (really need it as my hips ((bursitis)) were sore from yesterday's 3 mile walk!

    My goal is to walk 60 miles this month.

    Goal: 70 miles l Total Miles: 10

    I'm bumping up my miles from 50 to 70. I'm doing the T25 workout but I discovered I still have enough energy to get my walks in.

    10/3 - I walked 3 miles outside today. I plan to do a DVD tomorrow along with some outdoor stuff.
