Day 3: 35 minutes (which felt harder than yesterday's 37 even though the tension setting was identical). But I got to the end of my 35 minute "California Coastal Hiking Trail" .... only just.0

Day 4 and did 31 minutes. Got home from work tonight and had to force myself to get on the bike. Started off telling myself that I would just force myself to do 5 minutes. 31 minutes later, I'm feeling proud and in need of a shower.0
