Would it be easier to maybe break the miles up into weekly goals instead of a monthly goal? I did that over the holidays last year and I found it really helped.
You can do it!
Rainbow, that is an awesome idea! That would indeed be helpful during those times when a large goal seems impossible or more difficult for whatever reason. One could add the weekly goals together at the end of the month, and more than likely be pleasantly surprised at what was actually accomplished.

My goal will be 15 miles this month; the other days I will be doing other work outs--love my step aerobics that is kind of walking but I have no idea how to calculate it.....

Happy Saturday! Got me new 5 Mega Miles in the mail today - did 1 & 2 - cant wait to try the rest! Had to rest yesterday, I don't want to relapse and be sick again:(. Have a great weekend and don't forget to walk strong!!!
