Day 4 and did 31 minutes. Got home from work tonight and had to force myself to get on the bike. Started off telling myself that I would just force myself to do 5 minutes. 31 minutes later, I'm feeling proud and in need of a shower.0

We are only doing 30 days in a row, and we started on the first day of October. You could do 31 days if you want but I am done on day 30 lol.0 -
