    There are 25 Days left in the month of October. I strive to walk 40 miles (at minimum) in this remaining 25 days.

    10/02: 2 Miles ( Walk to the Hits Radio Remix kicked my butt / Regular Walking )
    10/03: 2 Miles ( Punch Up Your Walk / Regular Walking )
    10/04: 2 Miles ( Logged the steps doing a month's worth of laundry hah! )
    10/05: 2 Miles ( Walking Outdoors )
    10/06: 2 Miles ( Walking Outdoors )

    Day 2- AM 1M Power Walk w/ 1ib wgts- PM 1M Just Walk Red Mile + Abs session
    Day 3 - 2M WATP Brisk walk w/stretchie
    Day 4 - Rest
    Day 5 - Miles 1 & 2 of 5 Mega Miles
    Day 6 - Rest
    Day 7 - 2M Belly Blasting walk

    10 miles done!!!

    October 1: 4 miles - 2 Mile Super Walk & 2 Mile outdoor power walk
    October 2: 3 miles - Burn Body Fat 1 mile (AM) and Walking Down Your Blood Sugar (PM)
    October 3: 3 miles - Mile 2 of the Fat Burning Walk and 3.1 mile outdoor power walk
    October 4: 4 miles - Miles 1 & 3 of the 4 Mile Super Walk + 2 mile outdoor power walk
    October 6: 3 miles - 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk
    October 7: 1 mile - 1 Mile Express (used as a warm up)

    Total Miles: 18 l Goal: 70 miles

    I'm BACK! Great to be home :) I was so sad to leave a few months ago, but I couldn't stay away any longer. I missed you all and so did my weight loss progress (or lack of progress).

    I know I am a little late for October, so I will just commit to 20 miles this month to get back started. Here's to a great month :D Best wishes and good health to all.
