October 4: 4 miles - Miles 1 & 3 of the 4 Mile Super Walk + 2 mile outdoor power walk
October 6: 3 miles - 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk
October 7: 1 mile - 1 Mile Express (used as a warm up)

I'm BACK! Great to be home I was so sad to leave a few months ago, but I couldn't stay away any longer. I missed you all and so did my weight loss progress (or lack of progress).
I know I am a little late for October, so I will just commit to 20 miles this month to get back started. Here's to a great month Best wishes and good health to all.0 -
