A loss is a loss, and you are moving in the right direction! 10 pounds in 23 days should be doable if you hit your workouts hard, stay strict with your diet, and get enough water and rest to facilitate the whole darn thing.
Whether or not you achieve your expected result, everything you do towards it is a win, and every shortfall is an opportunity to learn, grow stronger, and keep it moving for next time.0 -

I am totally back on track for October... Two weeks two loses and at a decent healthy 1 lbs a week I am happy! I may not make my October goal but I am okay with that as long as I keep working at it!
I have drank my water bottle (4 cups) 9 out of the last 10 days.... This is a big deal for me!!! I need to increase my exercise a little and I think that will make a huge difference!
This weekend is Canadian thanksgiving and I am hosting and cooking one dinner so I can be in complete control. I have a plan of action including a veggie tray with dips (I'm going to try the Greek yogurt) and a diabetic cheesecake for desert!!
Way to go Dan your going to hit your goal no problem this month
