    October 1: 4 miles - 2 Mile Super Walk & 2 Mile outdoor power walk
    October 2: 3 miles - Burn Body Fat 1 mile (AM) and Walking Down Your Blood Sugar (PM)
    October 3: 3 miles - Mile 2 of the Fat Burning Walk and 3.1 mile outdoor power walk
    October 4: 4 miles - Miles 1 & 3 of the 4 Mile Super Walk + 2 mile outdoor power walk
    October 6: 3 miles - 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk
    October 7: 1 mile - 1 Mile Express (used as a warm up)
    October 8: 3 miles - 3 Fast Miles
    October 9: 5 miles - 3 Mile Calorie Blast + 2 mile outdoor power walk
    October 10: 3.5 miles - 1 Mile Fast Walk + 2.5 mile outdoor power walk

    Total Miles: 29.5 l Goal: 70 miles

    Happy Sunday!

    Started back with Leslie Sansone's Ultimate 5-Day Plan. Yep, it is still my favorite ;p. However, not as many miles as I planned, not too many miles this week due to patellar tendonitis (UGH!!). Hoping to do better in the coming week.
    Be blessed and happy walking to all!

    10/08/13- Start Day 1 mile with warm up/cool down
    10/09/13- 1 mile with warm up/cool down
    10/10/13 - 1 mile with warm up/cool down
    10/11/13- Bad day at doctor-- Patellar Tendonitis diagnosis due to over use. Told to stay off it a bit, ice, pain killers, rest.
    Doctor said will get fully better in a few weeks or months. WWwwHHHHATTT?? Hope that is not the case :/
    10/12/13- No miles
    10/13/13- No miles. Knee/leg still has some pain and little sore, but not as bad as before. Maybe I will try to LS tomorrow :)
