    Feeling great having crossed the halfway point to the 20lbs by Christmas goal. I started a new exercise routine with weights and cardio and feel even better. The inches are coming off . Looking forward to a good week. Good luck to everyone!

    Total loss for challenge 1.5, Sadly i have been at this plateau for well over three months now, I keep gaining and losing the same three lbs. Considering a cleanse soon. Anyone done some they enjoyed?

    Early start to the day...4:30am...yikes! Not my regular weigh-in time or circumstances, but wanted to get it done before we hit the road for Thanksgiving weekend.

    Week 4 - LOST 0.5 lbs

    Still 213 this week, no change. It's PMS week and I was also at a conference for 3 days with no control over how food was prepared. I'm just happy I didn't gain 5 lbs.

    Lost one pound this week. Slowly but surely. Sometimes it feels like forever to get that one pound down but then it finally does and I continue to keep going. Success is coming....keep the faith everyone!

    It strikes me that there are just under 11 weeks to go until Christmas and at the rate I'm losing I probably won't lose 15 pounds by then. But I'll still be a lot lighter than I am now. :)
