Total weight lost 4 lbs. I dont know if i can lose 16 more lbs by christmas, but im going to keep trying. Glad I broke 200lbs, and stayed below it for a week. Super awesome because I always retain water when im pmsing, and I still havent went back above 200!!!0 -

So I lost another pound this week for a total of 7. I had another week where I didn't get to the gym like I wanted and had a couple of days where I didn't eat like I should. For now I don't have any plans for this next week so hopefully I can get in some good gym time and good eating. I really want to get below 210.0 -
