    Today was a work at home/no gym day so I counted my cleaning and also did 20 minutes of calisthenics, including, crunches, stretching, push-up and my 60 fake squats using my coffee table...............lol

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I went to uber max today - 6 hours of exercise total.
