Started Keto on the 29th.

Just wanted to say I was giving in to all of my cravings at an uncontrollable level before I started. Devouring a plate of cookies or whole pizza by myself. Since I've gone keto those cravings have subsided and I can choose what I want to eat much more freely without my glucose addicted brain taking over!

  • I hear ya! "Self-control" and "sugar" were two things I never thought I could say in the same sentence, but on keto it's not an even an issue. And it just gets better with time :) Welcome to the club!
