    Did I stay within my calorie budget today? Yes (was just over in sodium due to having lots of soup, due to being sick)
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes (I did my 60 squats, and then I am counting walking to car, driving to store, walking into back of store to get sudafed, to walk back up to front of store, to car, to go to another store pharamcy (first one didn't have the sudafed), then again, walk from car to store, to back of store to pharmacy counter, to front of store, to car, to home, to inside house, then walked to bed. LOL.. super sick. Hope this counts as my 20 min. of exercise.
