    Back at pre-pregnancy weight at 4 weeks pp, thats amazing! I hope to have similar results. Keep up the great work!

    Good work guys! My progress has been weird, I plateau at certain weights then rapidly lose it. I tried breast feeding for the first 2 weeks, but my son wouldn't latch.

    5'3" **50 pound weight gain**
    prepregnancy: 104 Pounds
    Delivered at 36 weeks 5 days: 154 pounds (baby was 6lbs 10ounces of that)
    After delivery: 138 pounds
    Photoshoot@ 3.5 months post partum: 118 pounds
    8 months post partum: 108-113 My weight varies due to the medication I'm on- also caused me to retain a TON of fluid when I was pregnant.

    lowest maintained pre pregnancy weight- 98-105

    for an update.....

    Pre-pregnancy weight: 130 lbs...I am 5'7.5"
    Delivery day weight: 152 lbs, (22 lb gain... baby was 8 lbs 2 oz)
    3 days after delivery: 153 lbs!...I had horrible swelling from the epidural and iv pain meds so I came home a pound heavier and with giant legs!
    2 weeks post partum: 136 lbs
    5 week check up: 133 lbs
    3 months post partum and back to 130

    Now, at 5 and a half months pp: 127....after the initial loss, I seem to be losing around a pound a month, but I can see a huge difference in my abdominal definition now. Hoping that continues! I'm pretty happy with where I am, but would like to continue toning...still breastfeeding so I am eating a ton to maintain supply.

    9 months before getting pregnant : 145
    Started using mfp and exercising dropped to 125
    Right before pre pregnancy; 125
    Day before delivery: 175 (50 lb gain , even the docs told me to easy off :)
    2 months pp: 155 (wasn't trying to loose working 2 very stressful jobs)
    4 months pp: 135 mfp again 30 day shred
    6 months pp: 128 running with stroller

    Ideally would like to be 120 by 8 month pp, so 8 more to go. Have to make it quick though we would like to add another little one to the family soon :)

    Does anyone else notice that your weight will hover around the same mark, but everything on you looks like it's getting smaller?

    Absolutely! I've been slowly able to fit slightly better into my old "fat" jeans, even with the scale barely budging. Which really gives me hope that when my baby weans, I'll drop the weight like a bad habit. (I'm ok if that doesn't happen but am crossing my fingers for that because I'm tired of being this heavy.)

    Weight a day before delivery at 38 weeks: 147.4
    2 days postpartum: 142.4 (Baby weighed 7 lbs 13 oz but I retained a lot of fluid from the hospital)
    5 days postpartum: 135.6
    1 week postpartum: 132.4
    2 weeks postpartum: 130 (have stopped breastfeeding at this point)
    6 weeks postpartum: 127.6 (started back logging this week)

    Total loss of 19.8 pounds so far! 5.4 more to go to be at pre-pregnancy weight. I really need to hit the gym! I'm hoping to start back exercising next week. :)

    To update, I somehow re-gained almost 6 lbs (as in they came back on super quickly and without obvious explanation), and over the past month+, I lost them plus another pound.

    Pre-pregnancy weight somewhere between 160 and 170 (my low in mid-2012 was 153.8, so I'd gained back a few pounds by being lax about logging everything I ate and was picking at my son's snacks a lot)

    Weight before delivery 240 (I know...)

    Settled postpartum weight 220

    Weight almost 3 months postpartum 206.2

    Weight almost 4 months postpartum 211.8

    Weight almost 5 months postpartum (as of yesterday) 205.2

    I am EBFing with a good supply, and with eating 1800 gross (1300 net because we aren't doing solids just yet) plus exercise and eating back most of my exercise calories I seem to be losing again. The loss I've had in the past month is the fastest I've had since I first started logging about 2.5 weeks postpartum. Unfortunately it was regaining lost ground, but I'm just glad to see not only that I'm not gaining but that the scale and my body size seem to be going down. I'll have to take measurements to see how I'm doing. I think about a month ago my waist was 32" (used to be 25" before this baby), and my hips were about 48" (used to be 38"-39" before this baby). I am not worried about my chest measurements because I'm BFing, plus they will be sadly deflated yet again, and I think I want to record upper arm and thigh measurements.

    ETA that I'm 5'7".

    Updating again...

    I haven't taken measurements in a while, so I don't know what's going on there, but as of this morning I weigh 201 exactly . First mini-goal is to get below 200, so I'm hoping to hit that by the end of the month. Since mid-September I've lost almost 11 pounds (nearly six of which was re-gaining lost ground, the rest being in the past month). So I'm losing about 5 pounds/month now. I'm not working out hard, so if I can get my butt in gear, I think that'll make a big difference.

    I've been eating 1800 (gross, 1300 net after BFing) for two months now, plus I eat back most of my exercise calories. I also don't stress if I'm a little over some days because I often come in a little under.

    So to add to my above stats:

    Weight almost 6 months postpartum (as of this morning): 201

    So the easy weight loss has ended and I intend to maintain until the New Year. Breastfeeding is my priority right now and I'll start back up with the workouts and calorie deficit proper after christmas.

    It's so much harder getting this baby weight off than I anticipated. I'm trying. I hate dieting. It means being hungry and I don't like being hungry. :(

    I'm 30 years old and 5'9".

    Pre-pregnancy : 190 lbs
    Delivery day: 210 lbs
    Few days after birth: 192lbs (only gained 20 and my son weighed 10.4, so I lost the weight quick! I was literally all baby! Lol)
    10 months after delivery (today): 171 lbs ( I have lost 21 lbs since starting back up with MFP)

    My goal is 150 lbs at the moment. But it could easily change. Maybe I'll be happy at 160, who knows? Haha.
