Here it is. A new month of stress and turmoil. Holiday parties galore. Sweets, fats, carbs to the extreme.
Well, what do you plan for this month?
To continue the rolling challenge, here is the December thread. Post your numbers, check in on you weigh in schedule. Share the success and challenges as a group.
If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
My Numbers:
SW: 430 - Starting Weight, before you lost anything, and you don't have to put this here if you don't want to.
CW: 312.1 - Challenge Weight (or Current Weight) - What you weigh at the start of the Challenge.
GW: 307 - Goal Weight for this months challenge. Set for what you want to get to, but try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: 175 - LifeTime Goal Weight. Where you think you would like to be for your ideal weight.
Weigh-ins:
Week 1: 12/01/13 = (Filled in after your first week. Since my last WI from November was 11/30, I will report each Saturday in Dec.)

I'm in! I weigh in each Friday, so I'll start with the first Friday in December. I will miss my 12/20 weigh in becasue I'll be on vacation, but I'll update on 12/22 when I return home to my scale.

P1xy, I thought about going for the 11 lbs this month, and my heart goal is for that, but I played it safe on my STG. The last two months have been rough, so I'm refocusing. But I'm also travelling two weeks this month again. <Oy!> What's a guy to do?

Hey everyone! I've decided not to make a goal for December, at this point my plan is to be as sensible as possible and to log as diligently as I can. Anything under my start weight for the month will make me happy!
My stats:

I'm not positive as to whether or not I will be able to make the last weigh in of the month, because I am actually leaving on the morning of the 29th to drive down to California with a friend. I might weigh in on the morning of the 28th, we will see!0
