It's colder & darker (less day-light) now in NH and will be that way for a few months, which means the long rides and runs have come to a close for the season . . . However, there will be more spinning, swimming and even some "Freeze Your Buns" series runs this winter. *and some skiing too. Going to set my goal at 65 miles for December.

I'm in again. Will set my goal at 50 for Dec as I'm trying to start more strength training and only so much time.

I'm in for 40 this month. I didn't make my 45 last month, and I know its going to be even colder this month, so just cutting it by 5 miles...bring it on!

A little something for motivation:

Trying again after failing last month due to cold/lazy holidays and something of a stomach bug. So I'm keeping the same goal this time: 165 miles tracked on my Fitbit and through any other measurable exercise (e.g. biking, swimming, etc.).
Got off to a fun start yesterday -- took a gorgeous winter hike up a small local mountain in search of a geocache with kids, dogs, and husband. Not too cold, beautiful light snow the whole time, dogs were pleasantly worn out, and we found the cache. A super fun new family activity that we are just getting into. Our first find!

I am a bit confused about this spread sheet- is the current one still for November?
@surreyhills and anyone else who is confused. There are tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet for November and December. If you are still seeing November and want to view December you need to select the Dec tab at the bottom While you are there you can also look at the summary tab, the top 30, etc. In a day or so we will hide November and you won't have this problem anymore.

My goal for December is 60 miles walking. I can't access the spreadsheet- my computer is very old (and I'm not technologically-savvy either), but I'll just log how many miles I've walked here and that will do for me

WHEREISMYCOFFEE - Not too late to add your miles at all. I usually watch the previous month's thread for 5 or 6 days to watch for late posts. No worries! You can always message me or one of the other Group Moderators too.
SUHLEENA - Geocaching is fun! I do that with my boys when we go camping at the State Parks here in Minnesota!
