Just found out today that I have a torn tendon....OUCH!!! I've been messing with this stupid thing for 6 months....now I'm being sent to an ortho doctor. I sure hope he can fix me quick!! :sad:

Oh no, hope it gets better soon. I tore one in my ankle years ago and they put me in a cast until it healed. It wasn't too bad and healed nicely. Good luck! It's too bad it took them so long to figure it out! I was also on crutches for awhile which burns off the calories.........................LOL0 -

Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes - even though I indulged in a steak bomb sub, I was still way under due to an hour workout on elliptical in the morning! WooHoo!!!

Down about 3lbs since December's challenge started! So happy to continue to see results - helps me not throw the alarm clock when it yells at me sooooo... early in the morning! :yawn:0 -

I allowed myself to eat up to maintenance yesterday because it was my boyfriends birthday and i cooked him an amazing dinner which there was no way I was not partaking in! But managed not to go over maintenance so that was ok. I have prelogged everything for today and I am well under. I also got a walk in today and yesterday which is unfortunately all I can do at the minute as I have a very sore back so I am good on exercise.0 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. I was home with a sick son. Took advantage while he was sleeping and did some deep cleaning of my house. I really wanted to just sit and relax because I rarely get to do that but decided I would get some cleaning done AND not sit on my butt all day.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. Unfortunately, I snacked constantly all day. I am home again with my 5 yr. old because he is still sick and I am determined to not eat all day!0 -

Good luck with your tendon! Me too I just recovered from a little injury, I hope you get well soon! In the meantime you still can exercise focusing on other muscles (I personally go for abdominals !)

Today is my day off from the gym so I did some stretching, crunches, sit-up, planks, etc for about 35 or 40 minutes. I've also lost another 1.8 lbs..............yay!0
