Dynamic Stretching Routine Recommendations Question

Hi Sara and SideSteel!
Sara turned me on to DeFranco's Agile 8 for my post-workout stretch (and I am going to be adding his Simple Six for the upper body too) but I'm curious if either of you had any recommendations for pre-workout dynamic stretching (not cardio warm-up).
I did come across some comments/recommendations about doing both of DeFranco's stretch programs as warm-ups but I'm a little worry due to some of the static moves involved. Any opinions on that?
Thanks ahead of time :flowerforyou:

I do them both before workouts, it's really a mobility routine rather than traditional stretching... Pre workout was what he designed it for AFAIK.
The whole 'static stretching before workouts is super bad' thing has gone a bit too far IMO.0 -
agree with hendrix. I do most of the agile 8 stuff as pre wo too.0

Bryce Lewis also has some on his channel if you still want dynamic stretching and he has made notebook of different things for different areas:

Hi, everyone:
To add on to this question, could you please give your opinions about this dynamic stretching routine? I've used it for my last few runs and I feel just as good as when I used to do a much longer and more boring static routine.
How would you know whether your stretching routine is working or not?
