Today is my day off from the gym so I did some stretching, crunches, sit-up, planks, etc for about 35 or 40 minutes. I've also lost another 1.8 lbs..............yay!

Well……we went to my husband's company christmas dinner and even though I had 800 calories left i'm sure i went over. I didn't even bother to put them in. Open bar and filet dinner (It was so worth it though) So i'll show myself to the door. See you in January! Good luck everyone0
