    I'm in! I want some sort of abs when all the fat melts off. ;) Other than yoga classes, I tend to focus on cardio too, so this is a great little challenge for the new year.

    I'm Natalie, I'm 24, 5'6'' and spend my days as a bank manager and my evenings as a mum to an energetic 2 year old boy!

    I'm Elizabeth and I'm from Boston. I'm 35, 5'3 and 124 lbs. I do a lot of running and I'm trying to be more consistent with core and strength exercises as well. Cardio comes so easy to me and I enjoy it! Still trying to lose the last 6- 9lbs of baby weight (my baby is 4). Good luck everyone!
