Let's do it! I do cardio most days, so it'll be great to tone up my belly too.

I'm Elizabeth and I'm from Boston. I'm 35, 5'3 and 124 lbs. I do a lot of running and I'm trying to be more consistent with core and strength exercises as well. Cardio comes so easy to me and I enjoy it! Still trying to lose the last 6- 9lbs of baby weight (my baby is 4). Good luck everyone!0
