We are starting a new year!!! :bigsmile: I love fresh starts! Let's start the year off with a bang!:wink:

Here's the challenge:

Exercise a minimum of 25 days in the January.
You choose the type of exercise.
Post your progress on our group page!

    I walked on the treadmill today for 40 minutes. I feel like I made a good start in the new year! :smile:

    I'm in and shoveled 6 inches of snow off my drive - I suppose that counts! During January, the semester will start and I'll be able to get back to my "normal' routine. I'll also start weighing myself on a daily basis and plotting it as a control chart. This was excellent tracking/motivation for me during the summer when I had good weight loss so hopefully it will work for me now.

    I start back to routine tomorrow! today was cleaning day. Not enough that I'd count as exercise.

    Awesome! I'm in!! I will probably use multiple forms of exercise (walking, running, weights, boot camp, pilates, etc.)

    January 1 - made the Harbor Bridge walk. - 50 mins.

    Yesterday I did 25 mins on the elliptical and 15 on the recumbent bike. Tonight, I am playing an hour of indoor volleyball.

    I am doing squat and plank challenge but still being preggo I think I will alternate days. We'll see how I feel. I have an exercise dvd for preggo gals too that I am going to work in there. I was doing it daily but then caught a cold and got out of the habit.

    I have either done Zumba or been on the ellptical 30-60 minutes everyday this new year. I'm also doing a butt and gut challenge and a 30 day ab one.

    I truly tried to organize and clean the entire house for the new year ... epic fail. :ohwell: Housework can be hard work!

    1/4/14-fitness walking/jogging 26 minutes, jump rope 5minutes( 200 skips)
    1/5/14-treadmill 40 minutes, jump roped (300 skips)
