    A much easier day today and I got to walk home which meant that I did over 20 mins exercise.

    Too early to answer questions (1:49 in afternoon) BUT i had to pop in and say:

    Wow! I love this group! Cannot count the number of times i picked up a bite of this or that, looked at it, thought "am i planning on logging this??"

    Every time the answer was NO. so i put the food down. I bet those innocent little bites were adding up!

    Did I keep track of everyting I ate and drank? YES, I even logged the DayQuil I took. I hate being sick plus that sucker is 93 calories and all sugar.
