checked in but had to add this challenge saved me. I went off my 3 day diet. I was sick and miserable but managed to clean the house and shovel. when my boy came to help me after work I was already done so we went out for a bit. Split a fajita, and had a few calamari and a glass of wine. I thought I had blown it. Put my calories in before having a hot totte and a brownie, and wow, I'm under! So canned the plan and now having plain tea instead and feeling good I made it through another day under calorie goal!0

booo....I am out of the weekly cardio challenge. After the shoveling and house cleaning I did today I skipped cardio exercise. Tomorrow is another bright day. ;-)0 -

My exercise yesterday was cleaning light as we are in the midst of a heatwave and it was 32 degrees at 9 am (that's just under 90F) and it was 45 C at 6.30 pm (about 115F) and still 40C at 9pm (still over 100) so way, way too hot.
Did I stay under my calorie goal - yes.
We went out for dinner last night for my daughter's birthday and I had a huge meal including a piece of chocolate cake - I had to guess at some things but it should be fine as I still had some spare calories left even after I entered everything in my diary.0 -
