    I finally feel like I've turned the corner on this cold. I should be able to get back to the gym by Sunday............YAY. I managed to get my stretches, crunches, situps etc in this morning and then took the dog for about a half hour walk this afternoon. She sure was happy!

    Yesterday was the most difficult day we had friends over for dinner it was painful counting the calories
    But I did lots of walking to balance the food intake.

    Its so good to watch every day.::blushing: yesterday was very close

    Went out to lunch and dinner but I went in with a plan both times and stuck to it. I don't think I would have if it wasn't for this challenge

    Phew. I had already completed my diary and was about to post here when I suddenly remembered a Skinny Latte that I had missed recording. I can't believe I came so close to blowing this challenge already! Good news is I had a great day. Tough morning, attempted to exercise in my basement and quit after only 15 minutes, but had a killer workout on the tennis court in the afternoon. Going to bed happy.

    I am watching things a lot more with this challenge and I don't fudge at all.

    That's one of the things I like about this challenge too. If I fudge, I'm only fudging myself!! Way to stay true to YOU!!! :drinker:
