Funny thins is, when I count calories, I automatically eat better!
Not sure if everyone else is like that...
in fact, I when I diet I find that I usually am consuming too few calories - for example after dinner this
evening I was still under 1200 calories total for the day! Needless to say, I was thrilled that I was able
to go back for seconds! and I am more full and eating tastier food than when I was eating all those
empty calories!
and amazed that I already feel like I have more energy! I could go on and on but I'll stop for now...0 -

I'm glad 1/4/14 is over. Still going strong. (out of mini challenge though, was going to do 60 min. of cardio each day). I managed 30 min. was feeling down that I felt I couldn't do 60 min. - thought like a failure - almost didn't do the 30min. But pulled myself up by my big girl patties, and continued on. "What I realized", is that by doing small amts each and every day I am becoming successful. In time I will work up to 60 min daily but now any little bit counts. So glad for this site for the accountability.0 -
