    Off to a bad start in signing in, but have been accountable...back at work so I should be able to keep up with the signing in now.

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? YES - a 2 hour annual neighborhood parents vs kids kickball game. The kids kicked our butts again this year.

    Today was the first Monday of the year that I incorporated "Meatless Monday", it was an absolute success, even my picky guy participated and enjoyed it. :p

    First day back to the gym in a week.......YAY. Tomorrow will be double duty, swimming in the a.m. and circuit training in the p.m. I'm ready. I definitely had a bigger appetite today than I did last week. Don't know if it's because of the workout or because I feel better but it was still easy to say under on calories.
