We will be working our way to 1040 miles for 2014.
All miles count, so be it running, walking or crawling the all count.
If you like to set a higher goal for yourself feel free.

Please post miles is a fashion such as this so that people can easily see your progress.

    This is mostly walking. I need to get off my butt and start running. My twinnies (10 yrs old) will be doing their first 5k in April and I'm TRYING to get the whole dreamily in on it!
