    to run at least a mile with out stopping
    eat a lil more cleaner

    Hi ladies, would love to join (confessions: this is the 2nd summer 2014 challenge I've joined just to be sure I stay on course :blushing: )

    SW: 200+ pounds
    CW:186 pounds
    GW: 156 by summer 2014


    Other Goals

    -lower my carb intake
    - lose 2 inches of my waist circumference
    - Tone my arms and tummy
    - Fit into my favorite pair of jeans I've been holding on 4 years to in hopes they might yet again fit me (you know what I'm talking about :wink: )

    1) drink more water

    2) Exercise minimum 4x a week (turbo fire, t25, black girls workout too, gym, walking)

    How far have you come with your weekly mini goals?

    I'm still working on mine to begin exercising again so for now I'm concentrating on nutrition testing the water not inputting and seeing how I'm doing, so far not bad.

    So far, its going great. I've been consistent with my workouts and right now my mini goal is working on my endurance this week.

    So far so good. Had a great workout today. My mini goal this week is to focus on my nutrition and exercise at least 5 times this week. So far, I exercised 3/4 days. woohoo. Hope everyone is staying focused on that sexy bikini body! If anyone needs support; please add me as a friend! I'd appreciate your support as well.

    Hello All;

    I just started my weigh loss tools today after my back injections, I have a bad back. The doctor stated the less I weigh, the better I will feel, so now I can at least start walking again. Looking forward to getting this winter weigh OFF. So I say all that to say I'm IN.

    Stats:

    SW: 191
    CW: 189
    1stGW: 170 (by June 26, 2014 - vacation)
    2ndGW: 165 (by August 11, 2014 - spouse family reunion)

    Goals:

    1. Not to be in pain.
    2. Enjoy playing and lifting new grand baby.
    3. Eating better and keeping active.

    Hey ladies, just wanted to give a quick update

    I'm DOWN 1.4 lbs THIS WEEK !

    I'm supper excited and feeling encouraged, with nursing, wasn't for sure if I was eating enough, or just doing this thing right, but it seems that I am !!!

    I was on the scale daily this week and I was tipping it !!

    I finally got on it this morning and got a reading !!! This is after getting 4 hours of sleep in a row, and an extra 2 later !!!!

    My body need SLEEP in order to release the weight ... I"m gonna try and sleep when the baby is sleeping more often. I'm happy she is starting to give me a stretch of sleep at night now, I'll take those 4 hours in a row!

    Wow, I know where you are coming from. Just finished a series of 5 injections. Stopping the pain through weight loss (and not meds)is one of my major goals!

    Im doing well. I have been working out most of the weight and increasing my water intake

    this is so much fun. I am in. I started this journey in May last year and I think i need a reset of my goals and plan.

    SW:163lbs
    CW: 145lbs
    GW: 140lbs

    a) Making exercise a priority. 5 workouts per week.
    b) Focus more on healthy whole foods and less on processed foods
    c) Practice regular yoga and meditation
