    Hey ladies, just wanted to give a quick update

    I'm DOWN 1.4 lbs THIS WEEK !

    I'm supper excited and feeling encouraged, with nursing, wasn't for sure if I was eating enough, or just doing this thing right, but it seems that I am !!!

    I was on the scale daily this week and I was tipping it !!

    I finally got on it this morning and got a reading !!! This is after getting 4 hours of sleep in a row, and an extra 2 later !!!!

    My body need SLEEP in order to release the weight ... I"m gonna try and sleep when the baby is sleeping more often. I'm happy she is starting to give me a stretch of sleep at night now, I'll take those 4 hours in a row!

    Hello All;

    I just started my weigh loss tools today after my back injections, I have a bad back. The doctor stated the less I weigh, the better I will feel, so now I can at least start walking again. Looking forward to getting this winter weigh OFF. So I say all that to say I'm IN.

    Stats:

    SW: 191
    CW: 189
    1stGW: 170 (by June 26, 2014 - vacation)
    2ndGW: 165 (by August 11, 2014 - spouse family reunion)

    Goals:

    1. Not to be in pain.
    2. Enjoy playing and lifting new grand baby.
    3. Eating better and keeping active.


    I will say Pilates helped tremendously, helped strengthen my Core and really helped my back, I would try some excercies to strengthen things up as well...

    I'm in! I'm a little late to the party, but just joined MFP today. I need to lose about 80 pounds to really "get my healthy, happy, AND my sexy back." Make no mistake about it: I want all three!

    Hello to all, I am in on this challenge. I want to lose 20 more pounds by April 30, 2014. I need to be in this because it is a struggle to lose weight w/o the proper motivation at home. I can say that I do have a friend that is embarking on this journey with me. I have lost weight in this previous year. Over the holiday months I did gain some weight, so now it is time to releas the cracking and get the weight off.

    Hello ladies! This is my first check-in. I've decided to weigh myself every Sunday or every other Sunday. I have lost 3 lbs since starting on Jan 1st and have 30 more to go. I'm really watching what I eat and drinking nothing but water and juice. I love grapefruit juice but with it having so many empty calories I've cut back.

    My goals for this week are:
    Drink a gallon of water everyday.
    Make it through 30DS without stopping the DVD.
    Eat my last meal before 630pm.

    Congrats to the ladies who are sticking with their program & seeing results. Also, congrats to the ladies who have recently joined.

    Okay so here we go:

    I started this week at 190, I'm apart of a 90 day challenge so I'm down 6 pounds this week! You can add me as a friend, though I don't log exercise, everything is already added to my calorie allotment. But 3 days a week I do the c210k app sponsored by Zen Labs. It's on android and apple. And the other 3 days I am doing two levels of 30 day shred consecutively (level 1 and 2 for 15 days and then 2 and 3 for 15) and I'm doing a 12 week strength training program that starts 3x a week. Then it ups to 4x.

    Get into a size 8
    get into a bikini by July 1st or sooner
    Have more confidence!

    Hi Ladies,

    I am down .4 lb., I have been on the treadmill working on my goal for my 10 minute mile :smile:

    I am trying to work on my macros so I am eliminating butter from my diet for the rest of the month :sad: , I hope to reintroduce it with more control in February.

    I'm down almost 2lbs since I was last here and am still focused on cardio doing my Hip Hop Abs and Zumba.

    This week's goal - complete all planned workouts and get up to 30 minutes on the elliptical by the end of the week.

    I was down 4 pounds last week. A lot of cardio. I am only drinking water for the next 3 weeks .

    Hello ladies,

    Apologies for my absence I got whisked away on a surprise holiday to Amsterdam and only now returned, fun but bad for the diet.
    Looking over all your amazing efforts, I'm well chuffed, you ladies have done yourself proud.

    For added fun I'm thinking of including weekly exercises to give us a push say a set number of an exercise to perform, it won't be compulsory so don't worry and on our weekly weigh in we include how much we've done.
    Anyone be interested in this?

    To get us started this week's goal is 100 jumping jacks per day.
    Remember if you have an issue with your knees to land softly.
