Ok Well I survived workout 11 - two words - scorpion push-ups!!! Jillian is a little bit crazy!!! I am scared for tomorrow but in the past I always found the first workout of the phase harder than the second.....
It was tough and it will take me a bit to get these moves down but I am so excited to be on the last phase even if I take a little longer to complete it.
Nita I am waiting to hear from you !!! I know you can do this!!!
Camelianmam - You don't wanna jump just yet...phase two will get you ready for phase three!!! But you will be excited when you get there and you almost do the moves the first time!!!!

So, I like workout 12 but I am not able to do two of the moves. I still have a problem wiht my shoulder so it's jsut not strong enough...but I can do the modification...other than that I like it!!!
So I have decided as a reward for do this 90 day program I going to get a new pair of fancy tennis shoes!! Something in those new bright colors!! What you think a good idea?
Also I have already purchase ripped in 30 by JM and may start that right after, or I may do the Extreme shred and shed. I have options!!
I think I am a little too excited about these programs but I am seeing results so...maybe that is why. It's not a lot but I can tell and my jeans fit so much better!!!

Good Morning Everyone!!! Woke up and started the day off right with workout 11!! Feeling good and when I went shopping on Saturday - only purchase a new shirt - everyhting thing fit well!! I am looking for a dress for my niece's wedding in March. Didn't really find what I was looking for but everything fit nice. Yeah!
So that gave me motivation for the next two final weeks of Jillian! I can do this!!!
So I am here to motivate you guys - you will see results - maybe not always on the scale but in other important ways. You will be stronger and more tone!! So just do it!!!

So I jumped back on the wagon. OMG I could barely make it through workout 9 last night! It made me feel like I need to start the whole program over! Note to self, don't take a month off and think you can just jump right back to where you left off Lobster, thanks for the motivation I'll try to start checking in everyday again like I used to. I've been such a slacker lately!0

Well done on starting again. I have a head cold so really don't feel up to exercising at the moment. I'm a bit dissapointed as I was making really good progress in my fitness.

Good Morning my workout peeps!!! I am thawing out here in the deep south where we NEVER have to thaw out!! I was able to workout yesterday but missed this morning. I didn't know if I would be going to work so I didn't get up earlier enough. My bag! I may have time this evening to do the cardio.
I so proud of you Nita!! I knew you could do it!!
Julie, my results don't sound that amazing but they are to me. I lost 6 pounds and a whole inch in my waist. I didn't take other measurements so I am not sure. I have a tanita digital scale and although I am not sure how accurate it is I use it as a model and base point. I dropped my body fat % by 3-4 %. It put from healthy range to fit range. But my best result is my jeans fitting so nice!! I am going to be fifity next month and I struggle with that extra fat around the waist -muffin top- but it is soo much better. That is my best result!!!
Also, I am stronger in that I can do the workouts much better and the more advanced moves.
Morty, hope you ae feeling better soon and can get back to it. Just wait until you can do workout 9 or 12, you will feel so accomplished!!!

Good Morning, I got up in time and did workout 11, the cardio was the next dvd but I plan on going to the gym tonight and will do a step class and get cardio in so I did workout 11. I will be back ontrack after missing one workout.
My push-ups are getting better, still struggling but getting better. I can almost do a full (boy) push-up. I can't quite get my nose to the ground but I am improving every workout. I have a very flat pillow that I use as a gauge. I can do the girl push up great. It's just hard for me...anyone else struggle? Any hints or tips?

Well done, you are keeping me inspired. I've had yo pause the programme due to a terrible cold that left me exhausted. I'm hoping to start phase 2 tomorrow, very excited and a little worried too.0

Happy Friday my workout peeps!! I did my step class night and the instructor must of had a strabucks because she was on fire!! Great workout so I feel that I made up for missing JM cardio workout on wed. I got up this morning and did workout 12 and feeling better about the moves. So I do cardio tomorrow and start my final week of JMBR on Monday!! yeah me!! I am already eyeing a pair of Nike at academy as my reward!!!
I am going to continue with something for next two month at least - then I just may cut back to 3 times a week. But I have a weekend trip planned in Feb. and a wedding/family reunion in March. So I have a little motivation. Beside I am really liking feeling better!
So I hope you guys are still with me!!! taking time off is fine, wether your sick or busy but getting back to it is what counts. don't give up guys!!!

Just finished Phase 1 yesterday and thrilled so far. Lost 5 pounds and 6 total inches, the best part was -2.5 around my waist. I need to lose 15 more to hit my goal but I am 25% there and thrilled!
Tomorrow I push play on workout 5 (YIKES!!).

Happy Monday - Today starts my final count down !!! Workout 85!!!!!!!! Yeah!!! I have five day left for the BR!! I am very motivated for this last week!

Day 86 complete!! The only move I can't do and really gave up trying, is the backbend/bridge push-up thing. I forgot what she calls them. My right shoulder is just not strong enough and it really hurt ... I am not taking chances so I just do push-ups. But all the other moves I can do really well!!! 4 more days!!!
I am trying really hard this week with diet which I do well anyway but just stepping it up.
So how is everyone else doing??? To steal a phrase from p90x just push play!!!0 -
After a week of a horrible cold and not being able to exercise, I went for it today. I started phase two, and it was hard but great. I'm glad I did it, and am looking forward to workout 6 tomorrow.0

Day 87 done!!! I am so motivatd for these last few workouts. I was able to get in a yoga class last night and the streching felt really good. This morning was cardio and I only rested a few extra seconds at each circut. That is a big improvement from the first time.

I am on my final week! I am really enjoying workouts 11 and 12. They might be my favorite! After the program I'm going to do ripped in 30 mixed with some cardio, then I will go back to body revolution after because I absolutely love this program! But might need a change of scenery.. Hopefully it will get warm soon so I can run outside!0

Good Morning! Day 90 was complete on Saturday along with a 1 1/2 walk. So my new profile pic is my new shoes!! Couldn't find the nike's I wanted in my size, so I got these instead. Love them!!
So I satrted off this mornign with phase one workout 1 again. Amazing... was not sur eif I would get a good workout but I did all the advanced moves and it was great!!!

Good Morning workout buddies!!
So after completing the whole 90 days and going back to workout 1 and 2, I can really see the diffeence in my strength. I can do all the advance moves with higher weights and great form. Feeling pretty good and eating clean. When I get ask what are my results? My main anwer is I feel better.... and my jeans fit better!!
I also got in a pilates class last night and that is helping with my core strength.

Good Morning!! Started the day off right with workout 3. I am glad that I decided to go through each workout one more time. It shows me how far I have come. I have improved my balance and core strength, which I did need. I didn't really thing about it... It fun to go through them again, I do the advance and I am still getting a great workout!!
Tonight I have a couples workout (a pre-valentine workout) . But my honey will not be doing it with me. My freind who is a personal trainer is going to be my partner.... (it's at her gym) so you can imagine how far she is going to push me!!!!! But it should be fun.. I am always game for her fun workouts, even when I end up on the floor!!! I will let you know tomorrow how is goes!!!

Good Morning peeps!! Hope everyone had a great Valentines Day and weekend!! Made up for my Valentines day dinner by walking two hours Saturday morning!! I took sunday off and got back with my "phase a week" JMBR!!! I did workout 5 phase 2!! Oh how I remember these moves!! hehe!!
