I think a good challenge for our first week is workout for a total of 300 minutes. You can break it up any way you'd like to. I'll start

This is perfect yesterday was my first day at tracking everything and I seem to be off to a good start to reach the challenge goal, but I have a busy week.

Unfortunately i know i won't be able to commit to 300 mins in the week One of the main reasons i chose Jillian workouts was because they were slightly less than 30 mins long. I am also planning to have one rest day a week so i guess that puts me at a maximum of 180 mins. Totally committed to achieving that number though :happy:0

Had karate tonight but we didn't do a lot of cardio, just a quick warm up. We worked on the mats doing self defense most of the night. Going to spin in the morning!

Forgot to post yesterday but I did go to spin yesterday and did the elliptical today. I think I'll make goal because I generally do an hour to an hour and a half at the gym on Saturdays and Sundays
