CHALLENGE WEEK 1 JAN 28-FEB 3

I think a good challenge for our first week is workout for a total of 300 minutes. You can break it up any way you'd like to. I'll start

  • This is perfect yesterday was my first day at tracking everything and I seem to be off to a good start to reach the challenge goal, but I have a busy week.

    Unfortunately i know i won't be able to commit to 300 mins in the week :( One of the main reasons i chose Jillian workouts was because they were slightly less than 30 mins long. I am also planning to have one rest day a week so i guess that puts me at a maximum of 180 mins. Totally committed to achieving that number though :happy:

    Had karate tonight but we didn't do a lot of cardio, just a quick warm up. We worked on the mats doing self defense most of the night. Going to spin in the morning!

    Forgot to post yesterday but I did go to spin yesterday and did the elliptical today. I think I'll make goal because I generally do an hour to an hour and a half at the gym on Saturdays and Sundays :smile:

    Hi! I just got a Wii and Zumba 2 so it's been a great way to get some extra cardio in especially on days with bad weather!

    So I slid down some stairs at work (I wouldn't call it falling lol) so I took it a little easy today. Aside from a bruise or two (including my ego lol) I'm just fine :)

    I usually donot put my bowling as much calorie burn but one day I will wear my HRM and see how many calories I actually burn in 3 hours of bowling. I only put 1.5 hours in the sheet here.

    Yay I did it! I usually work out more than 20-30 minutes during the week, but thanks to the snowstorm here I couldn't get out to the gym today. Here's to hoping the roads are better by tomorrow!

    I managed to walk 4 days and go to Curves one day...150 mins. I will keep trying to "up" my game.
