Water - try to drink at least 64 oz of water a day (8, 8 oz glasses). Or add 1 glass of water to your current amount

15 minutes of intentional exercise everyday. Or add 5 minutes to your current amount

3 servings of veggies every day. At least one should be a non-starchy veggie (potatoes, corn and carrots are starchy)

Fitbit/pedometer users - 4,000 steps a day or add 500 steps a day to your current amount

    For week 4
    I got my steps 4 days (was sick one day)
    I got my exercise 5 days
    Water 4 days
    Veggies 4 days.

    This week I am going to try harder!
