    Spent time with the dog at the park walking the trail and also walking during the break between my grandson's rugby games. My guestimate is about and hour total.

    BTW you might want to recheck your walking calories burned with spark people. I have noticed that MFP is wayyy under or over on the calories burned. I did 3 hours of walking today and MFP tried saying I burned 601 calories but with Spark People it's 1352. You might wanna run both, this has been a constant problem and some one from the challenge might have actually been under on their calories but MFP didn't calculate the calories burned right and they had to drop from the challenge.

    Long run tomorrow morning so that I can "afford" a slice of deep dish pizza (or two) and a beer with the BIG GAME..
