I exercised, yes. But I blew it in the tracking and most likely in the calorie budget. Hosted a baby shower for my daughter and just lost track of my food. Oh well, see you guys in March .0

Cannot be in the challenge this month because of ongoing medical issues. But "accepted" so I can be on the list for March 1. I am keeping my faith that all these issues will be righted by then!!0

Oops so I totally failed because I forgot to report a white cupcake that I ate yesterday and so have gone over my calorie goal. Well see you all next month.0 -

DETAILS
Exercise: 45 minutes. Walked around town with a friend. Did 2 miles on Leslie S's DVD for walking/aerobics.
Calorie budget: 1706 calories. For me, it was a non-fast day so no *real* budget.
Tracking: Surprised by how caloric the small piece of cheddar cheese is (I'm buying small pieces to help with control as I love cheese) and also pound cake.
Keep these tools moving forward
- I tried took 30 minutes and a big cup of herbal to decide if I wanted to eat in the evening. It didn't work but oh well, it may have slowed my eating down.
- Continue to buy small pieces of cheese, helps with control with I'm feeling nibbly
- Save the pound cake for Christmas trifle. The calorie to joy ratio is off.
- Love the Leslie Sansone DVD
Add in moving forward
- Look for a relaxation DVD that I can try after the herbal tea and while waiting the thirty minutes.0 -
