So hard to not get notifications on these posts!! 29 was rest day for advanced. 30 was 5 of 75 secs then today I did a little less reps .. 7 x 75 secs.
Is it only us 2 standing?

Woo Go sbarella!! I did another week with the group on Facebook! That was awesome, and I might opt to keep doing it every day at least a small set. We'll do this again soon!0
