Setting my goal at 50 miles for February. Doing cross training that doesn't add up in miles this month. Since I won't be biking, need to set my goal for the month lower than last month.0

Walked 3.5 yesterday, and ran 4 miles this morning.
I thought I was doing a pretty good time this morning... :bigsmile: What a disappointment when I got back home. But it's OK. Speed intervals and PB aren't 'winter events' in Qc, Canada, especially the day after a snowstorm that left a foot of snow on the ground... The roads weren't great, and it was hard to get a good grip, even with the Yaktrax. :noway:
But IT WAS beautiful outside! :flowerforyou:
