February 2nd Exercise: Yes Calorie Budget: Yes Track Everything: Yes Wow at another birthday celebration AND Super Bowl party. I guess planning makes a difference and we CAN stay under goal during parties if we set our minds to it!! Did 90 min yoga (OMG worse than the dreaded burpees! Very difficult to do flow yoga. I had no idea!!!!!)
